MG - zs

You will be picked up in our MG-zs and transported to the airport. When calculating your times for pick up, allow enough time for unforseen events such as road works and road closures, etc.
We suggest to add an additional 30 minutes + standard travel time to get to the airport.

For International flights you will need to be at the airport 3 hours prior to your flight departure
For Domestic flights you will need to be at the airport 1 hour prior to your flight departure

Why Do I Need To Pay Full Price When Booking

When we send you a quote, it will be accompanied with an invoice for payment. To confirm your booking the full payment is required. Paying the full price upon booking ensures that your transportation needs are secured and reserved exclusively for you. This payment method helps cover operational costs, guarantees availability, and allows us to plan and organise efficiently without having to become debt collectors. Additionally, it provides peace of mind for both parties, as the reservation is confirmed, reducing the risk of last-minute cancellations or changes.

How Do I Know My Money Is Secure?

We offer 100% refund if we do not turn up. We also ask for full payment upon booking confirmation to ensure your booking has been secured for you and the calendar is blocked off preventing other bookings for that time frame.
Before confirming your booking we will send you a quote for your confirmation (an invoice will be attached). If you wish to proceed, simply pay the invoice.

Upon your confirmation of your payment, the calendar is blocked off to ensure no accidental double bookings.

Do I Get My Money Back If I Cancel?

Absolutely, 100% refundable on the following terms:
100% refundable with more than 48 hours notice.
With less than 48 hours' notice, a $55 cancellation fee will be incurred due to our inability to fill the reserved placement. Please note that this fee does not encompass flight cancellations initiated by the airline. While changes to dates are permissible, if such changes are made within the 48-hour notice period, the cancellation policy will be applicable to the new date. Any alterations or cancellations made to the new date will be subject to the same policy.

Can you transport more than 2 people?

We state 2 people due to space limitations with luggage. You are welcome to have a third person however, it would be best to contact us prior to let us know the sizes of the luggage you will be using, so we can ensure we are able to accommodate everything.

Are there additional fees if I am not ready at the time of pick up?

We allow a maximum of 10 minutes free of charge. Thereafter a wait fee of $20 will be charge per 10 minutes the driver has to wait.

With collections from the airport, it is important you do not message your driver, that you are ready to be collected until after you have collected your bags and have reached your designated pick up point. Otherwise these fees will apply.

* Flight delays do not apply to this fee and you will not be charged for airline delays.
